Where all you feel cheated in your day to day life

I would like the readers to write here where all they feel cheated in day to day life AND also write what they feel shall be solution for the same. If there is no solution they can suggest, readers, please suggest a solution: OR: The Social Workers i.e. Politicians, pl provide solutions. Do you suggest publishing names of cheating people/ organisation for the benefit of other readers?

1. When builder promises to give a possession and delays possession (after taking entire payment in advance) by few months, I feel cheated.
Solution:
a. There has to be a speedy court which can handle such grievances. (I must be very optimistics)
b.

2. When a builder promises certain carpet area and delivers much less than that, I feel cheated.
Solution: Same as above.
